Shipping and Refunds

Most Chicago Clothing Company brand merchandise is printed on order. We ship all purchases in the order they were received.   We ask that you double check your address, as we are not responsible for delayed orders due to undeliverable addresses. During the busy holiday season, orders may be subject to delays. 

  • FREE SHIPPING:  We currently offer free standard shipping ONLY to addresses within the Continental United States on orders of $75 or more.  Simply add items to your cart that total $75, after any discounts are deducted, and your free shipping rate will be automatically applied.

To return, please wrap your product in the original packaging, with all tags attached (if applicable). We are not responsible for returns that are not received. We are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs for your returned items, unless your item was damaged, or you received the wrong item(s). We accept returns for new, un-worn products, for up to 7 days after purchase and will refund your when the item is received.

Please note that only ONE promo code may be used at a time. Promo codes may not be combined, and there is a limit (at our discretion) of ONE use per customer/email address/shipping address for select promo codes. However, free domestic US shipping is applied on all orders over $75, which is totaled after the promo code is deducted.

Please also note that we cannot issue refunds for more than the original cost of purchase.
